Now open on the slopeside community, Pico Taco gives visitors a taste of Mexico with Stowe’s rustic, alpine charm.
Located in the heart of Spruce Peak Village, just a stone-throwing distance from the ice rink, Pico Taco is ideal for early risers and late diners. They’re open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the weekdays and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the weekends. They have a carefully crafted menu, including bowls, burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. For breakfast and brunch: breakfast burrito packed with eggs, hash browns, chorizo, and salsa roja, while sides like guacamole, house-made queso, and salsa trios.
Menu highlights with fresh and local ingredients include hand-pressed corn tortillas filled with Yucatán-Style Roasted Pork, Adobo Squash, and classic carne asada, as well as fresh and nourishing pico bowls loaded with local ingredients like black beans, rice, and crisp lettuce. Each meal is perfect for any time of day, whether you’re hitting the slopes, ice skating, or sitting around a fire.

The Rose Bernard team designed Pico Taco with the intention of comfort, community, character, and warmth. It has 1,600 square feet of high ceilings, patterned wall coverings, and carefully curated décor throughout. Visitors can recharge or wind down in the refreshing, ambient space for a casual yet elevated dining experience.
